The Hospital Association of RI, partnering with ACHE-RI and Healthcentric Advisors are working through the Hospital Improvement Innovation Network with the goal of making workforce safety a priority for every hospital in Rhode Island.  
The collaborative will focus on four topic areas to improve the work environment for healthcare workers. The areas will include: Safe patient lifting, handling and mobility, sharps injury and blood exposure prevention , strategies to reduce work stress, burnout and workplace violence.
