Brenda Melone is a healthcare executive leader whose career has spanned 30+ years in a myriad of fields. She began her career as a Registered Nurse and has worked in many capacities from bedside nursing to the executive level of administration. She holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from the Community College of RI, a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of RI, and a Masters in Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University. She is very active in her community and volunteers at the Amos House, a shelter that serves food to the RI homeless; she volunteers at the Roger Williams Park Botanical Gardens and is a Brown Alumni Interviewer for incoming Brown University student candidates. In her free time, she enjoys travel, running and spending time with her family.
